Just wondering if anyone has come up with a good way to dispose of or recycle non-reusable Pa12?
Eg- Being nylon maybe it could be melted into a solid plastic block and used as wear plates or sintered into an item that is a throwaway which stops it from being a loose micro plastic powder.
Could it be recycled into another industry as an additive, like an epoxy paste. Have done this to fillet joints and filled holes in prints along with using superglue and pa 12 powder.
Wonder if a large press could fuse the particles together into a block under high pressure which could then be used as machining stock.
Just some thoughts: maybe everyone reuses all their powder?

I am working on something for ours but still in the early r&d faze you can turn it into support filament with a filament making machine
