Since you mentioned that while cleaning the optics you accidentally nudged one of the galvo mirrors I’d be tempted to ask Formlabs if they have print test to check calibration is still Ok?

I think they’re OK. I meant to say something like “a couple of the knights I’ve printed have come out nearly perfect” in my last post, but I guess I edited it out. 
Here’s a photo of the last one I printed. The bottom is not quite right, but that’s my fault mostly - I made my own supports and they fused to the rest of the part.
