I designed a laser assembly that we’re going to use on a new project. I got done and then the client said that the laser will require a liquid cooling system because the pulsing will be a lot more intense from the diode. So i had to design a water jacket that went around the diode. I only printed up a mock piece to see how it might fit and how to get the water to and from. I’ll need to make the final design out of Aluminum or copper for best thermal results. But here are some pics.
