# What is this piece?

This appeared on top of the wiper after a print. Does anybody know where is it from? The cover holds as usual, and the base sticks securely in place as always. In general, the printer works as usual, so perhaps Form Labs can shave a few cents off each unit 🙂

This is a part from the build platform carrier arm. Can you please [contact our customer care team](http://formlabs.com/support/submitting-a-ticket/) with this photo and your order number + printer’s serial name? I believe they’ll be able to provide parts to fix the broken leaf spring.

same happened to me . They sent a replacement part with loctite and instructions.
