We recently posted a new support article about how you can change the hardness of TPU 90A on Fuse with just some different power and scan spacing parameters: [customer\_v2](https://support.formlabs.com/s/article/Changing-the-hardness-of-parts-printed-in-TPU-90A-Powder-using-PSE?language=en_US)

Here are three .fps files that we used when doing that testing, for 80A, 60A, and 40A. By 40A some things like finer lattices start being a bit harder to get out, but not impossible! Good luck

I have done some further tuning here to work on improving the low shore hardness settings. Tear resistance was not great on the original settings, and the parts also were prone to shedding. This setting is around 50A shore hardness, but has significantly improved surface properties.

I’ve been experimenting with the Fuse1 10w and can’t seem to get any type of difference. Just trying now with faster Fill Laser Speed but don’t know if anybody has any input.

Try this.
not 50A but around 60.

“fill\_hatch\_spacing\_mm”: 0.35,
“fill\_laser\_power\_mW”: 8500,
