Painting Tough 1500 material, Primer Red Oxide or Grey first. Then are Automotive Car rattle can spray paints good on Tough 1500?
I have used mostly Grey primer on mine but red would also work. Depends i guess on what your final color is going to be. Grey tends to be universal to any type of color you put to it but i guess it’s a preference.
I mostly use airbrush now days since it’s easier to control the flow rate.
Titon, good morning, thanks have used my first spray of a Grey primer, on Tough 1500. worked well, as it is a slightly more flexible resin. Then top coat with a Humbrol enamel paint, left to dry for 36 hours looking good.
