# 设备识别不到材料盒怎么处理

放入树脂材料盒时，显示设备不识别材料盒，怎么办

错误原因:  
一般来说，树脂盒检测出现问题的原因有三种（从最常见的开始）:  
1，树脂盒接触问题：由树脂盒上EEPROM ID芯片的位置或树脂盒底板 (cartridge floor) 上的接触弹片 (spring fingers) 的位置造成的接触不良。  
2，EEPROM ID芯片或接触弹片污染。  
3，树脂盒检测系统中的内部电路出现问题。  
简单的处理方法：  
1，请尝试将树脂盒取出、再重新放入。检查树脂盒上的ID芯片，确认干净无污。如果有污染，请用棉花和少量异丙醇 (IPA) 清洁。  
2，放入另一个树脂盒试试。如果同一台打印机无法检测到多个树脂盒，且每个树脂盒的EEPROM芯片看着都完好无损无污，那么问题很有可能出在树脂盒底板上。
