even after buying a fresh tank, fresh resin/wax, the tank will not register and no amount of jiggling seems to connect it, Do I need to clean the contacts with alcohol, any suggestions. It has become beyond annoying!
I find I have to wipe the contacts with IPA, before just about every print to get the tray to register. Make sure you wipe from front to back, otherwise you could distort the contacts.
Thanks for the reply, I tried a few times and will not register. I can’t tell you how frustrating this machine is!
Time to send it in for repair. That is the only way I fixed my printer.
It was doing the same thing.
