I have been super fast in swapping tanks for changing colors. I don’t know what the mechanism looks like yet because I have not had it exposed for long enough to look at it. My printer is in my basement, not completely dust free - but neither is the rest of my house. I have to keep it some place.
I am hoping swapping the tanks - QUICKLY will keep dust out of the internals. I am guessing the base case is otherwise sealed to air and dust.
