# Supports on flat surfaces only

I print a lot of flat surfaces, gears mainly. Auto-orient puts them at an angle, and the generated supports tend to be right on the corner, making them a bit difficult to remove and finish. It would be great if we could specify for the supports to be put only on flat surfaces, if possible. (I realize sometimes this is not possible.) Currently I am editing the supports manually to make this happen.
