# Support with LCD

Hy everyone,

Recently, my Form 4B prints were showing information that there was debris inside the tank, but upon checking, I realized there was no debris, nor any support remains or other things. I filtered the resin to see if there was anything inside the tank that could be causing these messages.

However, I purchased a new tank to replace it, but when I removed the old one, I noticed that there was this presence in the area of my mirror, which I found strange. Could anyone give me some information or recommend something I can do?

Umm, the Form 4 lineup doesn’t use lasers; they used LCD panels with UV LEDs

Hi @eguerra  
Thank you for reporting your LCD issue.

Unfortunately it looks like there is damage to your LPU in and of itself (it seems like the release texture might be separating from the LCD).

I would recommend you [open a ticket with us](https://support.formlabs.com/s/contact-support?language=en_US) and we’ll see what we can do about getting you a new LPU to replace this one with.
