Support structures end up in the air

Hi there

I do not have the printer but I am testing the software on a MacBook Pro. (but it is the same on Win8)

When loading a model and generating support structures the supports end in the air. (see attached screenshot)

O.K. the file is large  - about 206 MB.

Is this the reason why.

anyone else has the same problem?

Thanks, Klaus! If you haven’t already, could you open up a support ticket with us? If you could share the model – perhaps using DropBox or some similar service – it’d be useful for us to be able to take a look.
