# Support.formlabs.com is not loading

Just what the title says…tried to check on my order of 1 L of Black and Gray resins that I ordered 10 days ago…still has not shipped…what is going on, Formlabs? This machine is useless without resin, and 10 days isn’t enough time for you to ship the resin? Not pleased with the store’s turnaround time.
