The size feature should retain the scaled size. I.e. if one scaled their part by 15% x/y/z, then that should persist in the size menu until changed again. That way we know what the scaled size is. Additionally, because the scale feature shows no history, it is very valuable to add in a measurement tool so one can verify the size of their model.
