hello folks,
imported stl file of a case with 2 dental models . They came in linked, since they are from the same patient case. Is there a way to unlink them in Preform so that I could orient each of them separately
thanks for your hints

Hey @Kostairon!

If they were opened in PreForm as the same model, the software will always think of them that way and you won’t be able to separate them within the software.

My recommendation would be to open them in a program like MeshMixer, and then duplicate it while deleting half of each one, then you’ll be left with one of each model. 🙂
