Resin tray track clunk on sweep. anybody have this problem?

after the layer ends as the resin tray makes its sweep there is a clunk and you can see the tray jump a little. i see nothing that would make it do this. anybody have this problem? if so what is causing it?

Your description is vague, but at a guess I’d say you’re having trouble separating the print from the PDMS surface at the bottom of the resin tank, the “peel” operation. Assuming this only happens when printing a larger object during the first 20 layers of “base” are printing, the fix is to use the fine tuning function to move the Z reference up slightly. If it happens all the time, you should contact FL for advice…

a hair in the track path was making the clunk. alls good to go.
