I updated to the 1.8 version of the firmware today. Using a Formlabs Gray resin cartridge (with Formlabs resin in it) I got a warning that there might not be enough resin for the job. The thank is more than 3/4 full and the job will take around 1/4 tank…

You mention both tank and cartridge. Is the tank itself the item in question or the cartridge? Has this cartridge been refilled by you with Formlabs resin?

Sorry - should have said the cartridge was 3/4 full - not the tank.
Its essentially a brand new Formlabs cartridge - never been refilled.
