Refurbished Printer Problems - Dust, fog, and scratches on arrival

I got an unusable unit.

After 5 weeks of incremental troubleshooting, Support said it was a laser issue, and I needed to buy a refurbished unit.

It arrived. Filthy. Dust all over the large mirror, which was also covered with a blue fogging, with lots of small scratches on it. The glass cover had an overall dusting of lint and dirt. Plus a free floating plastic cup of unknown origin, loose inside the orange lid.

Has anyone else had a similar problem with QC?
