Has anyone come up with a solution of what to do with prints no longer in use? I have thousands of printed dental arches in my basement. I need to clear them out, but hate to dump them in the landfill. Any alternatives?

I’ve seen people use shredded support material and failed prints as filler in large epoxy or resin casts as filler material. But for dental arches I would imagine you’d need some sort of industrial shredder, or… the DeForm 1!
@josephwalker one of the main challenges in recycling these materials is the fact that they are thermosets, when heated these materials will burn before flowing, that’s why this is still a challenge, but here are some of the options to recycle these materials.
Below are some options for recycling, you can search if there is a company that works with them around you:
I’ve played around with using them as filler for urethane casting. OK if you don’t need good aesthetics, but even though we do a fair amount of casting, it only puts a small dent in the pile.
