# printing problems, non-printed areas

Hello everyone.  
My name is Thiago a few days ago I started my journey in the world of 3D printing with the form 1+. but ahun I did not manage to get my pieces with an optimal result, does anyone know that it can be the problem that my pieces come out without finishing completely as melted in some places? thank you very much for your help.

If your printer is old and it hasn’t been dusted then you will need to do that, usually that’s required around every 6 months.

Thank you very much for your help, I bought the printer used a few days ago. It had not occurred to me that the problem could come from there. I’m going to see the process to dust off. since it was eBay and surely had a good time without using it.
