Check that your build platform doesn’t wiggle at all if it does tighten the silver part to where you can put the platform on with on wiggle.

Try that first

@maizi, Thank you for posting about your current issue. From the photo you posted, it looks like you have a couple of things happening with that print. I can see [warping](https://support.formlabs.com/s/article/Warping-SLA) and [delamination](https://support.formlabs.com/s/article/Delamination). I also see some thin walls and overhangs that may be harder to print successfully. I have a link for you with our best practices on [model orientation](https://support.formlabs.com/s/article/Model-Orientation) as well as [design specifications for 3D models](https://support.formlabs.com/s/article/Design-specifications-for-3D-models-Form-4-generation) that will help you plan your prints to have the most success.

You can always reach out to our [support team](https://support.formlabs.com/s/contact-support), who is always happy to help with any troubleshooting.

So I printed the build and i didnt have the same issues you are having. Here are some pictures before curing i will get more next week after I cure it.

So have you possibly ran any silicone parts on that builds platform?

Thank you very much, but I have not run any silicone components on the platform.

I was only asking about the silicone because we didn’t get all the silicone off a build platform and ran into abunch of issues so i was curious. I will send to my parameters when i am back at work on Tuesday.

I used a 0.1 layer thickness for testing and the effect improved significantly. I think you should also be using 0.1. But my work is done on 0.025 layers thick, and the resin will accumulate, which is very bad

@leonhart88 might have some more thoughts and insight, but we find that making sure your parts are completely dry of IPA after washing can make a big difference. If the part is still slightly saturated with IPA, your part can warp during and after curing. @leonhart88 has conducted his own experiment where he cured right out of the wash, after drying with compressed air, after air drying overnight, and after drying in a dehydrator, and found a pretty significant correlation. Phil if you could link to that, that’d be great, I can’t seem to find that thread

Edit: Found it! [Post cure warp in SLA linked to insufficient drying](https://forum.formlabs.com/t/post-cure-warp-in-sla-linked-to-insufficient-drying/43998)

And his page: [Impact of IPA on SLA Warping — Ember Prototypes | 3D Printing Vancouver, Rapid Prototyping, Engineering Design](https://www.emberprototypes.com/blog/ipa-impact-resin-warping)

@leonhart88 feel free to link the full YT video if that’s done!

@henryqiu I have not started the YT video yet unfortunately 🙃 but it’s on the list!

Also…it’s possible that the print settings for 0.025mm resolution on this resin is still in beta? I’m not sure, but I know sometimes the lower layer heights require a bit more time to fine tune and/or sometimes can even print worse than 0.1mm layer height settings depending on your model orientation and geometry.

In this case, it kind of makes sense that some areas might appear worse with 0.025mm because in areas where there are flat overhang surfaces, these layers are very thin and thus can warp, peel or shift in strange ways when they peel off the bottom of the vat.

Just my thoughts here. There could also be something wrong with your Form 4 if @MattRForerunner is having success printing on his (though I’m not sure if he would see the same results at 0.025mm).

Cheers.
