There was a point where our 3BL disconnected from the internet and still printed the part successfully, but the job isn’t showing up on dashboard.
It seems that it was going to happen again with the next job, but I think the printer reconnected to the WiFi in time, which is showing up on Dashboard but doesn’t have a thumbnail picture.
Is there anyway to still get metrics from the printer for prints that completed but didn’t get sent to Dashboard?
I believe the printer will need to be connected when the print completes for print history to be registered on Dashboard. If possible, you could try an Ethernet connection rather than Wi-Fi to ensure a more stable connection. There currently isn’t a way to retroactively push print history from the printer back up to Dashboard.
