Print Failure with Puddling on Platform and Conjoined Parts

I have been getting consistent failed prints (I only use clear resin) where there is always a pool or resin adhered to the build platform, and occasionally parts are conjoined with each other or with the supports. Any tips or advice? I could not find any similar failures on the forums.

A few of my print layouts are unconventional though I have had previous success with perfect results using the same files and setups. The FL2 printer is a recent refurbished replacement from FL and only has a dozen or so prints on it. The clear resin is from Dynamism and is less than 4 months old. I am using new LT Tanks.

Thanks for your help!

I think you have to clean the galvos. I have the same problem every view month. When I clean the mirrors the printer prints very well again. Contact support and they`ll help you to clean the mirrors.

Thanks! I started a support inquiry and they concur with your advise of cleaning the mirrors. Will clean and report back.
