# Print failure Form 3

Hello,

We are first time users of Form printers, and have recently bought two new Form 3 printers. After multiple tries with different models, I have been unable to have even a single successful print. There are no error messages, and I`ve followed the instructions yet nothing comes out, not even a partial print. The tank fills as intended, and the build platform moves as intended, but nothing is produced. I`m also able to see that the upload is successful, so my guess is the problem has something to do with the LPU.

I can`t even contact support becasue I don`t have the order number because the guy that ordered it is on vacation. I hope someone has had a similar problem, and would love to hear ANYONE come with suggestions on what the problem could be.
