Print Errors Formlabs 3+

While printing on the Formlabs 3+ there is this repeating pattern on the prints of voids/ parallel gouges which are not influenced by the resin type or print orientation. On all the prints shown (White V4.1, Draft V2) were oriented using the auto-orient function. The draft was printed using 0.1mm and white was using 0.05mm print layer thickness. The draft has been sanded a bit so the lines may appear a bit shallower. Any ideas?

acarignan Thank you for taking the time to write us here in the Forums.

I do see some delamination happening here.“Delamination” describes a print defect in which the cured layers of a print separate from one another. Delamination can occur on any type of 3D printer, though the causes are unique to each print process.

Are you hearing any unusual sounds when the printer is running? We typically see this type of delamination when the lead screw and ABL nut need to be lubricated.Do you recall the last time this has been done on your Form 3+?

Thanks for the help, I’m not sure that has ever been performed on the macine
