# PreForm printer not recognised

Software support question:  
Every time I am opening PreForm I have virtual printer as a choice. Then, when I am choosing my printer, with installed clear cartridges, it changes this option to black.  
To make it even more annoying, after the latest update, I can’t choose my printer at all during startup.  
I selected my printer as default, so this is not working.

Update to the topic:  
the new update is not working at all. Even fresh installation brings me previous version.  
I have no confidence in Formlabs software team at all.
