# Preform Freezes On Launch, Win 10 20H2

Preform 3.15 thru 3.17 freezes on launch with Windows 10 20H2. OS and graphics card drivers are up to date. Preform is completely unresponsive. Anyone else having this issue?

Have you tried to run Preform in compatibility mode?
