I’ve been talking about this on and off for a while now and am routinely surprised at the lack of knowledge on this, so I thought I would write up a short blog post and share here.

I’ll be working on a YouTube video in the future to show some more examples…but TLDR is:

- Drying SLA parts has a big impact on post cure warping
- For best results, parts should be placed in a dehydrator
- Using compressed air is NOT enough to dry parts - you cannot rely on visual “dryness”
- This impacts dimensional accuracy too

Here’s the full blog post…hopefully will follow up with a video in the next month or two when I have some time.

> In today’s post we share our findings on how much IPA can impact warping during post cure of SLA resin 3D prints and why it’s critical to dry parts more thoroughly than you think.

I’ll definitely check out the video when it comes out. 👍

Great real life scenario with real life experiences.
