The past few prints have fractures in the part. What is going on. I have run all most 2 liters through the machine at this point with really no maintenance. Is there some maintenance I should be doing to prevent this from happening
The most important thing you can post are pictures and screenshots. Can you send pics of your fractured prints and maybe a screenshot or two of how you have them oriented & supported in Preform?
Keep in mind 2 liters is generally the limit for a resin tray, with some exceptions. Are you still using the same resin tray? Are you positioning the items in the same exact place each time you print or varying the position (see info about heatmaps)
Also which resin type and version are you printing with and with which profile? Are you using open mode? Have you adjusted your z-axis at all?
