nail polish has so many beautiful colors and effects, but I’v tried painting with nail polish and its not great, but there just isn’t paint that is anyway the same! Does anyone have experience making their own paint? So I found this site that sells a lot of cool pigments and such [http://solarcolordust.com/](http://solarcolordust.com/) and I want to make paint with, how can I turn this powder into paint? ---
