I left my Form 2 earlier this afternoon with just over 6 hours to go and when I came back 4 hour later it still had 6 hours to go, so clearly it has frozen on me. Not ideal given that I need the part tonight. Nothing I do seems to wake it up. The screen looks alive but it’s not. I can’t pause or make it sleep either on the touch screen or the button. I had to unplug the machine. When it came back I uploaded the diagnostic info, for what that’s worth. Why would cause this and how do I prevent it from happening again???
Something similar used to happen on me, but the freeze used to happen after a print was complete, immediately after the reboot. This was corrected with a firmware upgrade on mine, a long time ago (beginning of the year).
