Are there any plans to make this system capable of handling multiple materials on a single build? I know that this would require swapping tanks, but it should be feasible.

This has been discussed in the forums a few times before, but as far as I know, never been addressed by FormLabs. I think the general consensus is, that theoretically it is possible, but prone to issues and probably not gonna happen any time soon (not with a resin/SLA printer anyways, of course it is already available with some other 3D printers).

Wouldn’t the build plate be all drippy with the first resin used, and run the risk of those drips contaminating the next resin to be used?

Yep, just one of several issues I can think of.

With this type of printer since the object is submerged in the resin it’s not really practical
