Hi. As my model is printing it drags along the bottom of the tank and snaps pieces off? is it not calibrated correctly??

Sounds like you may need to adjust the Z-fine tuning.

The problem is probably either your build is not adequately sticking to the build platform (look at z-height adjustment, scuff your build plate with 220-grit, or potentially a contaminated build plate surface) or your model has some high suction forces. Those forces could come from a lot of surface area contact (try a different model orientation) or an enclosed volume creating cupping.
Did you lower your contact point size for the supports? That can also create a pretty fragile support structure.
There are some lower probability things like expired resin, etc, but not very likely.
