# Mise a jour bug

hi, i did the update for my 3 formlab2 and preform but … i cant print! i have error message. the preform does not recognize the files… what can i do?

Download the file manually from there :

[https://formlabs.com/tools/preform/release-notes/](https://formlabs.com/tools/preform/release-notes/)

In preform, choose to manually upload the file to the printer.

I had issues like that previously and the file downloaded by preform seems to be corrupted, maybe because of a local firewall or something ? I really don’t know but manual upload always worked.
