I need a Prototype made

Hi. I am trying to make a simple plastic prototype before I make the decision about purchasing a 3-d printer. I have a simple metal prototype that I need scanned and 3-d printed. Does anyone know where this can be done near Boston? The Makerbot store is no longer on Newbury street. OR is there anyone in the community that does this as a side business? I will pay. Prefer someone near Boston. Thank you!
