hi can anyone help? We have a form 2 that shows printing error 58. We have updated the firmware, a reboot and factory reset but nothing changed? suggestions please!! ---

Hey @Finesse! Thanks so much for taking the time to post! My sincere apologies for the delayed reply! It sounds like you’ve tried a lot of the first steps that we’d recommend. You can try [contacting our support team](https://support.formlabs.com/s/?language=en_US) as they may have some quick things they can look up, but our support capabilities for the Form 2 are a little more limited at this point. In the meantime, maybe another use here might be able to offer suggestions as well! So sorry you’re dealing with this. I know how frustrating it can be. ---
