# Form2 offline at Dashboard at PreForm online

Hey,

since three days is my form2 at the Dashboard offline. I rebooted the router, disconnected and reconnected to the Dashboard.  
The connection between PreForm and the Printer works good.

Does anybody have the same Problems?  
Do you have a solution?
