Form 3L + missing cardridge inly in dashboard and preform

Hi,

For some time now, when trying to print remotely, I cannot order print via preform or dashboard because cartridges are not detected. However, the printer itself does detect them and the printer screen shows the status of the cartridges as: present. Printing is now only possible from a computer connected to the printer via USB cable.
What can it be?
