# Form 3 heater not working

Brand new Form 3. Heater is not working. Any solutions?

This printer is two weeks old. I removed the tank and reinstalled. The printer works perfect except the fact that the heater does not work. I guess it generates heat through the unit itself and not the blower in the back. Today I am going to try to flip tanks from another Form 3 that works perfect. Let’s see if this helps.

I would highly recommend [getting in touch with our support team](https://support.formlabs.com/s/contact-support?language=en_US). We definitely don’t want you to have to struggle through a sub-par printing experience if you don’t have to!
