# Form 2 LIfespan

Hi,

After around 400 hours mine F2 stopped recognizing the cartridges. It stops with the “Cartridge mismatch” error. More details [here](http://forum.formlabs.com/t/form-2-cartridge-mismatch-after-firmware-update/15571/8)

Still in warranty, but had planned some small production series that are now ruined, along with almost 3000 euros spent on consumables for these projects.

Still waiting for the support to reply. It is taking a lot of time… too much really.

I would say that I am not impressed with F2 reliability, and don’t see myself buying another one in order to have a replacement unit.
