HI Formlabs  
Having issues with our Form 1+ .  
it works throughout the print session ,even thought we put a new plate no prints?.  
cleaned mirror .  
updated software  
new plate.  
please guide us when you have a chance on what to do next.

Top of this page, click Support.  
Part way down that page, on the right it says Assistance. Right there is a link to open a ticket.
