The fit-tuning .form file (acquired [here](https://support.formlabs.com/s/article/fit-tuning-test?language=en_US)) doesn’t work. When it ‘loads’ in preform, it shows nothing in the space. Once “loaded,” preform sort of locks out. I can still click the menus, but It prevents me from opening any other files. I checked and my preform is up to date. Any thoughts? Is there some other place to get this file?

I checked the file itself and it seems to have downloaded correctly - it’s 542kb, which is about the size of some other .form files I have.

Hello @StarFlicker, and thanks for posting about the fit-tuning concerns. I saw you post on another thread, and have some initial steps that you can take.

What should be happening is a pop-up window with specific Fit-tune workflow should pop up that looks like this:

 ![Screenshot 2025-02-11 112150](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex025/uploads/formlabs/original/3X/4/1/41ce19ae5b93587551f96a9adaac32668842ce9e.png)

Should that not be the case, check these following suggestions.

1. Ensure your Preform is up to date. We have a new version as of yesterday. You can download it [here](https://support.formlabs.com/s/article/PreForm-Release-Notes?language=en_US).
2. Make sure you have your printer already selected from the upper right prior to file import.
3. If not, restart Preform and attempt again.

If these steps don’t work for you, our Services team would like to work directly with you to understand what you’re experiencing. You can reach out to us through [Contact Formlabs Support](https://support.formlabs.com/s/contact-support?language=en_US). Thank you for flagging this!

Hello @StarFlicker,

We have updated the FORM file in our [documentation](https://support.formlabs.com/s/article/fit-tuning-test?language=en_US). Please try downloading the file again, and if needed, clear your browser cache to ensure you get the latest version.

Let us know if this resolved your issue.
