# "Failed to access the network" during firmware update

I just got a replacement Form 2 ( 3rd printer in one year) because my last one had optic problems. The replacement doesn’t have firmware to support white ridged resin which I need to print with. When I try to update I get an error saying “failed to access the network” Im using a trusted computer that is connected to my home network.

Ideas?

I was able to manually download the latest firmware update and then install it.
