Hey,

Thanks for shearing it with us!  
Its seems that your mirror and Galvo mirrors are dirty and need a dust cleaning. The best way is to open a ticket in the support and shear with them a link to this message so they can review the pictures.

They will send instructions how to clean the mirrors and also a free set for cleaning if you like.

Keep us posted on the results.
