Hello, i have Form Lab2 printer andI work with Perform g code and immediately after starting to print I get a message to initialize the printer and get an error 41 I did a firmware update to the printer. why is it happening ? ---

Hey there @yossicochen123! Thanks so much for taking the time to post! I’m sorry to hear you’re having some issues with your Form 2! For an error like this, but the most efficient way to get it sorted out is to get in touch with our support team at the link below and we’d be more than happy to help! While you wait for a reply(typically less than 1 business day) I would recommend making sure your printer is on the latest firmware, as this will save us a step in the troubleshooting process! 🙂 Without getting too deep into the weeds, Error 41 points to a voltage issue involving the galvanometers that control the laser’s path.
