# Dental Model Presets- 3shape

Does anyone know what the exact presets are for printing die models? I understand there are 3 different preset dimension options available, although the DME files available on this website will not open for me to see. Every single one of our prints involving dies are unsuccessful, as the dies do not fit. Considering we have invested on this not so cheap printer, we would like to be able to use it to our best advantage. I haven’t heard back from Formlabs support so my hope is that someone reading this has the answer! If anyone is willing to share this information with me I would be very grateful. Thanks in advance.
