I just started using Durable material. I noticed it and the tank are logged as Clear material in the dashboard. Is there any way to correct this? Any ideas why this happened?
On another note, the print dates are incorrect for the ‘Prints with Clear’ log.
We’re a bit confused by this as well. I’ve made sure our software team is aware, but if it presents any issues for you, get in touch with our support team so that we can help to troubleshoot further.
I will take this up with tech as this is a useful tool, if working correctly. Below is a snap-shot of my Dashboard Overview. Notice under Prints is shows the part I printed in Durable. But under Material Library it does not show the Durable material or tank. They were both logged under Clear material.
