# Crashing PreForm when sending to printer

Hmm, sometimes this is from PreForm running out of memory. [Get in touch with our support team](https://tickets.formlabs.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) so that we can help to troubleshoot. Including your PreForm version number in the ticket will be a big help.
