I’ve updated the software and now it doesn’t appear that the software is connected to the printer. I select File/Printers and it displays no printer found. I have it connected via the USB. Also I need to update the firmware, I’ve downloaded the firmware but it doesn’t appear to be downloading to the printer itself. I select Firmware Update on the printer screen but it doesn’t seem to connect?
