Check internet connection - ISSUE

Hi folks!

New user with a Form2 finally !

I still have some problem with WIFI settings. I CANsee the printer with preform but not on the dashboard. When i try to register (going in to “settings”) , 4 digit appear but a message saying “check your internet connection” appears right after.

Tried over ETHERNET and it is working so…

I have to re-route some ports on the router? Is it related to wifi issue?

Wifi issues are always a bit of a challenge to troubleshoot as it usually comes down to the user’s network configuration. If ethernet is working for you, it might be easier to stick to that rather than troubleshooting wifi. This is something we’re always working to improve the reliability of.
